Hello everyone and thank you again for dropping by at my blog. My Weekly Update #3 involves soundproofing, new blog theme and a secret project with Level Up Games.

So what’cha waiting for?

Music
I’ve finally decided to convert my own room at home into a more suitable recording studio setup. I will be exploring the possibilities of soundproofing my room and purchase a quality recording microphone. This will further enhance my music production and actually avoid renting other recording studios which, like car fuel, have increased prices dramatically.

This is how a soundproofed room looks like. I’m very excited already.

Designblue art studio, a Level Up Games affiliate, has recently hired me to create an original soundtrack for an original 3-minute video. This video is actually a trailer for an upcoming MMO about to be released by Level Up, but I won’t say what it is nor give a clue. One thing for sure though, it’s gonna be a blast!

Gaming
I’ve postponed my Wii purchase for now, I’ve decided that I will stick to PSP and DS gaming for the meantime. I haven’t even exhausted both consoles so I’m not buying a new one for now. I’ll probably buy during the Christmas season instead. Anyway, my current game of the week is surprisingly the simple yet charming Loco Roco for the PSP.

Cosplay
My cosplay group, The Frost Jokers, have decided to join the Level Up Live 2008 group cosplay contest, to be held at October 19 at the World Trade Center. We’ve already come up with a skit, but I ain’t telling anything yet, not even the costumes that we’ll be wearing.

Girls

Blogging
As you can see, I applied a new theme for my blog. I just got exhausted with the previous theme, and it’s a bit annoying for me to see frontpage sections that I don’t really update that often. So it’s back to traditional blogging format for me.
