“Ang taba ko na naman! Ang sikip na naman ng mga pantalon ko! Aargh!” thought I when I re-evaulated myself in the mirror. Last year I underwent a painstaking Southbeach diet plus regular exercise routines in preparation for a major band photoshoot. It was successful to say the least as I was able to wear my old pants which didn’t quite fit before the diet.
But now, my clothes are starting to get tighter again, and I can’t zip my other pants! Waaaa! So here’s the plan…

Tuna, skyflakes and water diet! As is suggested by my good friend Rose, I should try this style of diet as it proved successful to her sister. At first I was hesitant, but I remembered that canned tuna comes in different flavors. Game! And so I went out for a little shopping…
