Aileen Allin Mapanao

How did you join Grand Lethal?
My ex-boyfriend and I used to settle in Morroc when RO was still young and bot-free (Or so it was. Haha!). A friend of ours, that goes by the name Heero, invited us to join Grand Lethal. Not knowing of the guild’s exceptional strength, we joined like excited kids attending their first kindergarten class. Haha!

What’s the name of your main character in Grand Lethal?

What’s your best memory from our guild?
I have lots of good in-game memories, but for me, IRL memories are more precious. The eyeballs are the best. I remember when I was still in Ethan Hawke division, the first time I attended the EB was in Rosanna Roces’ bar. I got to meet Winsome, Babyzaine, Evilclown, Ethan Hawke and the others. It was great! Plus the EB at the resort somewhere in Cavite. There were more Lethalians and, of course, more room for fun!

What’s your best memory from playing Ragnarok Online?
That would be meeting people who played a big role in my life. I got to meet a person who, despite all the things that took place, still accepted me with all their hearts. And until now, I am with that person. I won’t ever regret playing this game. All the money I spent for Ragnarok loads, my PC, the electric bills are worth it.

Do you think retiring Grand Lethal was the best decision? Why?
I can’t actually say. Honestly, part of it is yes. I had the chance to join other guilds and meet new people. But of course, it also saddens me whenever I see my former guildmates happily chatting about their EBs (of which I wasn’t present). Nakakainggit. It makes me say to myself “Loka ka talaga. Ang saya-saya nila oh. Mainggit ka!”. Haha!

What’s your best RO moment? Give one or two examples.
One was when I won an in-game trivia contest. My prize was a Flying Angel. I am one of the five players who first had a Flying Angel. In addition to that, my name was announced server-wide. Weeh!

Do you still play Ragnarok?
Not anymore.

Are you also trying other games if ever? What games?
Yup. I am currently active in Perfect World. Level 73 Yao Jing. Tiger Server.

What keeps you busy nowadays?
Aside from school, I guess it would be my nonstop quests in Perfect World. Argh!

What one characteristic defines a Lethalian? Explain.
A fighter!

Who among the Lethalians are your best buds?
When I was still in Grand Lethal? Oh, they were Melbu Frahma, Maha Lakshmi, Evilclown, Winsome, Babyzaine, FootLong, DiscoMage. I forgot the names of the others awww!

Any final words to the Lethalians and our readers?
I miss you guys. I won’t be plastic huh but I am only pertaining to the Lethalians who became my good friends. It is common in every group that there are the ‘black apples’, right? Oh well, I miss the Lethalians who are close to my heart. To those who are still in Grand Lethal now, I know you guys can make GL live forever. Make people remember Grand Lethal not just in-game, but in real life as well. I admire the guild so much. I salute the Grandmasters, the pillars of the guild-Master Diwa, Askani, Alkaisia, Melbu Frahma, Solid Snake, Dang-Dang, Vithepstr, and Venettevega. Without them and their members, Grand Lethal will not be the legend it is now. I will never forget this guild. This has been my home for a year and a half. I will forever hold them deep in my heart. “Friend” is not the word appropriate to describe them. I prefer to call them my “Family”.
