Avoid paying the bus fare. I don’t know what is it with me or how I appear when seated inside the bus, but the bus conductors always assume that I have payed my bus ticket, when I really have not.
Twice it happened today, on a bus going to Makati, and another bus headed to Cubao. I was seated at the window seat, bus fare ready in my hand as the conductor fast approaches.
This is how it happened. The people seated near my vicinity are all new passengers and the conductor has recognized them flawlessly and charged them each with a bus ticket. When he was already at my row, he ignored me completely.
Hahaha, it’s not something one can be proud of I know. But hey, pulling it off more than a dozen times is no coincidence.
