New section! Woot! Ok it’s official, I’ve made a new section called the Gamer Girls. This way I can broaden the Grrl Gamers I can feature and it will not be limited to just female Ragnarok gamers. So without further ado, here comes the Gamer Girls! Starting with Gamer Girl Mica.

What’s your main game? (the game you spent most of your time with)
Spent my time with? Ragnarok Online. I was addicted to that game back then.
I didn’t even think it was possible that I could quit such a cool game. I started playing it on March 2004 and I retired.. After a few years. xp

Right now, I spend my money on arcade games and leech off of my friends’ gaming platforms. Haha.

Real life occupation?
College freshman in the University of the Philippines.

Your proudest gaming moment?
Let’s see.. I wasn’t really that great in playing Ragnarok Online. Haha.
My proudest moments would be whenever we had a successful and fun siege.

Your other games? (other titles/game franchises that you like)
Wii Sports, Dance Maniax, DDR, House of the Dead IIII, Paradise Lost, any kind of racing and gun games, well.. Practically any game that involves a lot of action.

Your best gaming asset? (your edge or advantage as a gamer)
I think I pretty much have a good aim. So it’s somewhat easy for me to play games that involve shooting.

Favored genre? (RPG, shooter, platformer, action adventure, etc.)
I loved playing MMORPGs before. Now, i love playing offline games that involve a lot of action and adventure.

In an alternate universe where everyone is a gaming character, which videogame character are you? Why?
Well.. I don’t really know, but my friends see me as Miku Hinasaki, the character in Fatal Frame I and III in the PS2. My group asked me to cosplay as her.

Any clan or guild?
I was a loyal member of Alliance, Invictus (ehem), and some other guilds in Ragnarok Online long ago~

Wii, Ps3, or Xbox360?
I want my own Wii~ but my mom won’t buy me one. *dies*

Nintendo DS or PSP?
Nintendo DS. It’s much better than the PSP~ I tried playing it a few times, but I can’t get one. *fails*

Online or Offline gaming?
Nowadays, I try to concentrate more on studying so I try not to play online games.
I play offline games every chance I get. xp

Other hobbies? (aside from gaming)
Well.. I like drawing traditional and digital works, cosplaying..no. wait! i’m too scared to try to go onstage~ So, I only costrip! haha. (Costrip=Cosplay+trip) WHUT. Aside from that, I pretty much bum around the house or go out with my friends whenever I can.

Do female gamers rock?
Of course we do! >:3

What’s your message to all the gamers out there?
Hey! Although games can be addicting, you should control the amount of time you spend on playing. I certainly learned my lesson. To arcade addicts like me: Umm.. Try to budget your money even if you have a VIP card! Hahah. xp
